ULN2003ADR

The ULN2003ADR is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array integrated circuit (IC) commonly used for driving inductive loads such as relays, stepper motors, and solenoids. Manufactured by Texas Instruments and other semiconductor companies, it typically contains seven Darlington transistor pairs, each capable of handling loads with up to 500mA of current and 50V of voltage.
